I ask to all the applicants for Fall or Summer 2012 M.Arch applicants.
I applied for 6 schools in the U.S. around January 1, and almost every schools' Application Status Update page still says that I'm in "Not Complete" status. However, I've already sent all my application materials (GRE, TOEFL, PORTFOLIO, SOP, RESUME ...) enough before the deadline. Especially, English scores (GRE, TOEFL) were sent to schools about 1 month ago before the deadline, but almost every schools' status webpage shows "missing" or "not received". And, most schools does not reply me though I've sent them e-mails with this matter.
How are other applicants?
Are you in the same situation with me? and does this delay is just a normal situation?
Hi Brandon, I just applied to several schools for my Phd and have a similar issue at one school, in fact, they took my application for an MArch from four years ago instead of my completed PhD app! After talking to a bunch of admissions folks, I realized the entire problem rested with the company running and maintaining the web application services. I am chasing them down to correct the problem.
I would follow citizen and outofscrnname's advice and contact school admissions first. If they can't explain what is happening, then email and/or call the company in charge of the web app.
Incredibly late Application Status Update!

Thanks.
If emailing isn't getting a response, pick up the phone and call them.
