I first heard about pb wiki from an archinect editor, Ludwig Abache. He mentioned it on this thread which was started by editor Heather Ring.

her question was quite timely...Some friends and I started one shortly thereafter to track our process for a recent design competition that we entered. The wiki was helpful for a number of reasons.

For starters, it's password protected, so access is limited. In addition, it allowed us to collaborate over long distances (most of our team was located in Florida, while one member was in New Mexico). We were able to store, link and view images on the wiki, and have discussions about project issues.
