I'm looking to sublease my apartment in Downtown/OTR area of Cincinnati during the winter quarter (January thru March). $550/month. I'll be going on architectural Co-Op during these months.
The location is exactly a block from Main Street and all the shops/bars/clubs/galleries. It is in a safe part of OTR, my friends and I walk to the bars on Main Street late at night all the time, and have never had any problems.

Ӣ 50% Brick walls.
Ӣ Exposed Ductwork
Ӣ Central Air and Heat
Ӣ Stainless steel kitchen island, fridge, and oven.
Ӣ Gated/off street parking

Ӣ Free in apartment Washer and Dryer

Ӣ Coat Rack
Ӣ Dinning table set

Ӣ Blender
Ӣ Brand New Toaster
Ӣ Fully Decorated
Ӣ And Much More!!
All furnishings come with sublease, but must be returned afterwards.
I'm leaving January for my architectural co-op and I will be returning at the very end of March. I prefer a college student, or graduated student. I will be signing an additional 6 month lease to finish the school year, and will also be looking for a sublease for the summer co-op.
This will work perfectly for anyone coming back from co-op winter quarter and is on the opposite rotation as I am.
The apartment is large and very livable. I've had nothing but positive comments from people who have visited. It's a great place, especially since I'm extending my lease. This is property of BigDogProperties, next door to WonderK from archinect. She's co-owner of the washer and dryer and we'd appreciate that she can still use it as long as she gives notice first. Please email me or post if you are interested, or pass this information along to anyone that might be. Check out this site for pics: www.AndrewTRoberts.com/apartment
Andy, you tool, why did you post the same damn thing on 4 different, essentially defunct threads? This one would have sufficed. But no you had to go and annoy people (read: me) on 4 other threads.
beatledud may be a tool, but I am not and will be a fun neighbor. Access to a grill and ready-made Urban Family included in the deal, if you so wish. And if you pass the test.....
PS. It really is a sweet apartment.
