interiors as thesis

im a lil confused as to wat wat to take for my thesis topic....helllllllppp!!!!!! is takin only a interiors based topic like designin of spaces for a textile showroom too small a topic to take in if then is doin a whole design a better option?????

depends on the thesis (what you're looking to explore) more than it does the scope of the project, imo. you could do an amazing thesis based on interventions in a small room.

what questions will you ask? how will you set out to explore these questions? how will they drive the design of your project? these are the things to consider.

judging from this comment and your question about schools of music on another thread, it seems like you're simply treating your thesis as another project, except this time you have to make it up.

thesis is about exploration of an idea/ideas. it's not just a design problem to solve.

if you have no idea what is compelling about a school of music or a textile showroom that you'd like to explore, no, it won't be sufficient.

what about architecture interests you? what do you want to look into further? this is the place to start.
