this is a cool communications / design tool designed by an NYU student... It uses a tangible user interface system developed by MIT media lab (a kind of physical model top down interactive design tool) and combines it with 3D online games technology... It allows people of varying expertise to actively engage with one another from different locations around the world... contractors and architects can discuss design changes on a physical model at the head office, while the client, or other users at other offices can walk around the project lke playing a video game via an internet connection.
