Hi. I've looked on Craigslist and all of it looks pretty sad so far, so I thought I'd try here. I'm not a student or an architect, but I work in Downtown and just need to find a place in the area (Little Tokyo, Chinatown, etc.) to avoid the 30-minute commute I endure on a daily basis. I'm a poor arts worker, so the max I can spend is around $500/month for rent. Any one have a space or anyone want to jointly look for a space? Thanks.
