i read several books, and did an interior design project for my family. other than that i purposefully abstained from anything academia in the month of august. afterall, September will mark the beginning of a rather intense academic journey. i'm fairly adept with CAD and a few other programs, but i wont sweat that. a student at UPenn told me during an open house that he had no prior skills with any 3d program, and that he learned from colleagues in the studio. good luck!
thanks. There are also a few students in my class that has no prior experience with Arch in general. Guess i'm just getting worried as school is about to begin.
