I look into the jobs board from time to time just to see if hiring has picked up recently and couldn't help but notice the same firms are still offering free internships.
So Living Homes advertises itself as a highly successful start-up green firm and they've done 9 LEED Platinum homes. They're looking for the most talented fresh talents who can work in a fast-pace environment, knows every program, put up with their show dogs, was born to be an author, can afford to live in Santa Monica and work for them for FREE - oh, while also having a "sense of humor" (can't forget that one) about the profession eating its youths. That's right, you can go to 4-5 years of school, and preferably have a couple years of experience and...well, you can fill in the rest - sponsored by Sherwin Williams.
