I make jewelry. You can order sterling silver components wholesale and turn it around for 300% (i.e. the price of chandelier earings at department stores or places like White House Black Market and Banana Republic). I try not to buy anything beaded or on a chain that I know I can make.

i paint glass ornaments at christmas, the kind they sell in stores for $50 a pop. I paint wooden easter eggs too.

ceramics. i take handbuilding classes at a local art studio - lill street
I don't know if it counts as a craft, but I'm all about making flipbooks.
I also like making mutant town bikes from discarded and abandoned parts.
probably not truly a craft but i am an obsessive gardener.
i embroider...its detailed and is great for OC people like me!
i weld together large scraps of iron and steel into bizarre and frightening shapes.
