hi there all. i'm trying to find decent sources to learn about scaffolding as a material system. i'm not interested in the pictographic aesthetic of it, so i'm not looking for photography books. i'd like to find more out about its structural principles, contemporary techniques, standards, and practices, as well as maybe its history and ancient systems. its quite a comprehensive search, so i'm hoping that someone can point me in ANY direction towards any of those goals.
