I'd hop on such an ebay auction if i were looking for another copy. i found a slightly older copy in a used bookstore for 14$. It seems to me that the information added since Modernism isn't really all that exclusive to Sir Banister Fletcher's tome and could be found elsewhere for much less money. plus, you have to love the smell of old books like these.

Banister Fletcher's History of Arch
anyone have Banister Fletcher's History of Arch? suggest it? 100 bucks is pricey for a book, so it had better be good before I buy it, thanks
A must have for all architects
a must have, sure. but "good" might be another issue -- esp if it's the first arch.hist book you're buying.
There's a 1945 edition up on ebay for around $20. Or try a used bookstore.
Good IS another issue. You're not allowed to become licensed in some states unless you have a copy! :)
