I've recently realized I need a new laptop that will handle programs like rhino/revit/autocad and the like. Plus something that will enable me to produce quality renderings. Something, you know, more powerful. I've had a mac for a while now and obviously it cannot do these things well. Suggestions suggestions....what have you used?/what's been the best for school?/etc.
Now most grads are spending their money on a desk top computer for the renderings ($1800 and over) and getting a cheaper laptop for the powerpoint stuff.
Regarding your question "what's been best for school". Do a search and you'll find lots of threads asking the same question with lots of opinions.
