I have made a lot of mistakes during the last 4 years and I never really worked hard towards getting into the architecture colleges I wanted to. My aunt was nice enough to pay for a portfolio preparation class for me, but I didn't take the time outside of the class to work on my portfolio. There was a dominion effect which lead me to depression and I got academically dismissed from a city college which had architectural technical, but a real architecture program.

This year I've been working hard at a community college and I've been working. I know I should have worked on my portfolio earlier, but I haven't had the time. I want to start on my portfolio right now for colleges like Pratt Institute and Cornell, but I don't know where to start. I don't have the money to pay for a portfolio preparation class. What kind of artwork is needed for an architectural portfolio?
