What type of house is this? One of my dad's friends owns a house like this.
It has a basement with a built in movie theatre and a basement storage room. On the main floor, it has an office room, a living room connected to a kitchen. Top floor, it has 6 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a separate tub, separate shower cubicle, and a bidet by the toilet. The backyard consists of two patios: one wood deck on ground and a stone patio at the basement back sliding doors.
This is the type of house I'll need when I plan to move to another part of Canada. But is this a mansion if it's 6,795 square foot house with 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms or 6,742 square foot house with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms?
A duplex would be a house that's shared between two families or parties. This type of house is meant for only one family.
Is it a mansion at 6bed & 7.5bath? yes, you fool. It's grossly oversized and a ridiculous waste of space. It also costs more than the GDP of most developing small nations.
Nonsense! I have several pieces of furniture and collectables that are too invaluable to just discard! This is why I'm in need of a house like this on my next move.
It's not a bot. Cartoondude135 posted the same thing in a /r thread earlier today. This child apparently has a long history of /r bans for asking dumb questions.
I didn't realize dumb questions could get you booted from Reddit! Good thing I rarely post there.

I didn't know that either WG. I'm glad I've never posted on Revit. I'd be banned so quickly . . .

I don't think I've been to Reddit more than six times and that's all been because of search results. I must not be hip.

Reddit mods are a bunch of unpaid volunteers. Unless they're paid to moderate activity, they can do whatever they want! Heck, even ban a person without a reason ("You/ve been (permanently) banned from r/subreddit because you/your actions/comment/post broke/violated this community's rules."). But I have a question that's in need of answers! No one can control my spirit like that!
OA, I just ask odd questions there when I can't find an answer anywhere else. The last time I was looking for a specific episode of Dragnet where someone yelled, "Friday." I got several responses. Unfortunately none of them were right...

OP, can you expand on what your question is??? Did you really need the internet to tell you this is a mcmansion? Why add on the definition of a duplex????? I'm so baffled and I want to know more.

No one is controlling anything about you. If you really need answers then do your own research. Go to a local architecture school and ask their professors. Better yet, go to local architects and ask them
I also don't believe the mods are banning you without reason. You seem like an entitled punter who isn't used to being told no.

Duplex is a semi-detatched house that's designed to house two families.

And water is wet. What’s your point? You think houses on the street you mentioned above are duplexes?

Cartoondude135 - A duplex doesn't have to be semi-detached. They can be fully attached. I think you need to speak with an architect in your area. Maybe pay them for the consultation.

Water is in fact, not wet, but Matt Gaetz will still SA it.

I'll be detailed but discreet.

it's called mc mansion. https://mcmansionhell.com/
Exactly what I was about to say...
Be careful, those houses are appetizers for Godzilla...
What does that mean?

How many houses have you bought so far?
McMansion, and your dad's friend has poor taste
For anyone interested, houses on that street currently go for a cool 10-million loonies.
So about a $3.50 American? ;)
for now. the exchange will be better once king Cheetos is let into the white supremacist house soon.
That's why I moved all my money into NFT's and crypto. J/K.
I'm calling bot again, I'm sorry the line of questions here is insane.
