hey, both of my applications disappeared this afternoon, I was admitted in one and still on review for the other, they were they this morning...don't know what to do

Anyone's McGill Grad Application disappeared from student portal
my m.arch application disappeared from the application portal. Just wanted to know if any fellow applicants are also facing a similar issue.
