hey, I am planning on attending M.Arch at Columbia. I got my bachelors in psychology so I can say for sure that I know less about practical architecture compared to students who studied it in their undergrad. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on some skills/knowledge that I may want to have before starting in September. I taught myself to use Rhino 7 last summer for fun as well as for my portfolio but its been a few months since I've played around with it so those skills are definitely rusty. I know the first year is gonna be a big struggle catching up on knowledge that arch bachelor kids have but I wanna know if there's anything I can do to shorten that gap on my own before I start.
any advice is cool, ty
