I am interested in going to a master's of architecture program with a strong focus on architectural history, historic preservation, and aspects of sustainability. My top 4 choices are UT Austin, UVA, Rice, and Berkeley. I was wondering how well these schools align with those interests? I have been struggling to find full details on the curriculum for some of these schools
The best way to find out more about the school is to research / read about them on their website. Maybe reach out to some current students, I am sure they are happy to help.

How can these schools be your top choices when you don't know if their pedagogy aligns with your interests?
You could always call the various colleges you can't find info on. They will be able answer you. If they can't then that's your answer.
Good Luck!
