I’ve never met a German architect that didn’t speak English, the accent might be tricky though...But maybe easiest would be looking at offices that have both a Munich and international office(s) like Behnisch or something.
I don't think I've even met a German that didn't speak English. When I spent time in Munich & Berlin I just apologized off the bat for not being able to speak German & they switched over to English seamlessly.
