McGill and Waterloo Are the top programs (undergrad and March) and Guelph does not have an arch school.
Besides that, the rest of the discussion should be about location and what your goal is. Are you looking for a Canadian MArch afterwards? What about working here long term? Are these bachelor or master degrees?
Canada is also a big place.

Advice for undergrad in Canada
Hello, I’m a international student and I’ll be applying to university soon. Till now I’ve looked at:
1. UBC
2. Ryerson
3. University of Guelph
I wanted to know what the architecture programs were like in these universities. Also what other universities I could look at (UCIT, Carleton, etc)?
