Financial aid at Penn
I've gotten into Penn with very little aid, and its crushed my chances of going there. I've asked for additional aid, but the office said that it'd be available only on the 15th. Is there any possibility I might get aid after people have sent in their decisions? And does mailing the office a few more times help? ://
