I've never been to any schools in the states, so I couldn't comment on it, but when it comes to your future career...it is such a vague question. What do you have in mind? what do you want to achieve after your time from school?

to say 'everything depends' isn't very satisfying as an answer, but it really is true. both schools cross the threshold of offering plenty opportunity to do excellent work in dynamic cities. the rest is what you bring to it and what happens in the future. which none of us know.

FWIW, they are different education systems.

AA is on the extreme end of a technical/professional training institution ( single disciplinary focused UK system). USC on the other hand, like most undergrad colleges in the US, would have a lot more of liberal arts / general science components in the curriculum. It comes down to how do you value your education IMO.

So, If you want to take electives like Gender studies, Anthropology or Latin, the AA is not for you.
