ummm, if that’s too complicated, then maybe you should not be running your laptop like that. Pretty sure windows has it built in, or at least it used to.

CPU and GPU temperature monitoring
Which program should I use to monitor CPU and GPU temperatures of my laptop while using architectural programs and rendering?
I've heard about MSI afterburner but it seems like it's made more for gamers and seems too complicated.
