Typical number of Elements in Double Storey Bungalow (with and w/o ID)

Hey guys, I am interested in learning about Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows in my spare time. To speed up my learning I am thinking of applying the BIM workflow to a personal design of a home up to 4D (schedule) and 5D (cost). After some research I have found a BIM software (Bexel Manager) that is within my budget. However, the lite version of this software only allows up to 15,000 BIM components.

Let's say if I was to construct the model in a software like Revit so I could then export as IFC to Bexel Manager, and to be more specific I would only model elements that are 4" and above (according to a rule-of-thumb I found online), and each of these elements would become a BIM component, then:

1) Will 15,000 elements suffice to model a double-storey bungalow?
2) What if interior designing is included in the model?
