Hi, I'm an international student about to finish my B.Sc in architecture, save for the Covid-19 epidemic. I want to get a masters degree in either the US/Canada but I'm not sure which schools might be the best for me. I got a 3.3/5 GPA

About $20,000 is the optimum
Stay home. International tuition is insane and given your stellar research skills, I don’t think schools will be laying down large grants for you.
