Depends on a number of factors: (design sensibilities, what type of projects you want to work on, where you want to work, cost etc)
If you're thinking NYC or Boston for work after graduation, I'd definitely go with RISD. I'm a bit biased, but if you are clear about what exactly you want out of the program, the department is super responsive and resourceful.
