Next year I'm contemplating taking a gap year to gain more experience prior to applying for M.Arch programs in the fall. I'm considering doing a summer program next summer. I currently have a few design classes (AutoCAD, SketchUp) under my belt, however my college major isn't related to architecture in any shape or form (theatre). Are these programs worth the cost, or should I buck-up and apply to a M.Arch program before thinking of even taking a gap year?
[Ask] Post-Undergrad Summer Programs
Hi,
Next year I'm contemplating taking a gap year to gain more experience prior to applying for M.Arch programs in the fall.
Thanks
You should take some classes before going into M.Arch without any background....
