Cut it down by about 40 pages.  it's way too fucking long.

Don't schools have a max page count for applications?  Besides the lenght, don't use other people's quotes in your application folio... same goes with software skill rankings and wirting "portfolio" on the cover.  

Quickly browsing the pages, I do not see any progress sketches or concept ideas that would show your design / thinking process.  Anyone is an "advanced" user of software these days and making shiny images is not that difficult.  Show us how you decided to design those shapes and spaces as well as a few choice final images.
