Displaying a pamphlet in portfolio

Hello,

I am looking for examples/advice on how to display this: http://www.highstead.net/pdfs/... in my portfolio.

I wrote, illustrated, and did the graphic layout for this project. Should I take out the drawings and just use those?  I like the project because it seems like a perfect mixture of environmental science & design, but I can't figure out how to display this! (I am applying for MLA I and don't have a design background btw...)

Thanks in advance!

First, describe it, what your role was and all that you did. You could make it look like an actual publication, there are mockup templates online that you could use: https://creativetacos.com/free... to give it some "body". And maybe focus on some key illustrations or texts that show your abilities best.

Summarize as best you can in a couple pages in your portfolio, but when you actually go for an interview - bring a printed copy of the original pamphlet with you.

Last interview I showed up with like 3 project wrap-up books, a couple pamphlets, a zine, some drawing sets, and a couple different portfolios, and it allowed me to talk about all the facets of my work.
