Hi guys, we have a small MEP shop we've been pretty happy working with but lately clients have been wanting us to get competitive bids for our consultant contracts. At the same time, we'd be happy to another firm or two in our back pocket anyway in case firm A is too busy for us.
Any Chicago area architects have a recommendation for an MEP consultant? Must be ok with SFR, not just the big projects.
mantaray, I am following this as I am also having trouble finding MEP consultants for SFR. A fellow architect just recommended Larson Engineering to me (http://larsonengr.com/), but looking at their website, I don't know if they will take my little 380 sf addition project (I have an email into them to ask)! Would you be willing to share your contact with me as well?
