It depends on what you want to use it for. If you are planning to use it for Graphics-card based rendering (like Lumion), then the extra memory should really come in handy. If only for 3d modeling in Rhino, Sketchup etc, then the RAM doesnt matter that much. But I would get the 1070 GTX if it were me.

both are overkill.
