UPenn's MArch Professional program requires "the successful completion of a minimum of two semesters of college-level design studio courses" as prerequisite. I understand what that means in the context of architecture, but this program is for non-arch backgrounds. What does it mean? Arts-practice classes, like an observational drawing studio?
