Pfft... I like to share. I use my classic ghetto blaster. Doubles as my car radio, garage stereo, and man cave groove machine. Nothing more special to girl than a custom mix tape too. But strong magnets can erase my tunes and I can imagine all my bling + magnets might decapitate me...

I don't know about maglev in homes, but levitation using compressed air may be able to protect houses from earthquake tremors.
