Has any one used or is aware of a cheap app for performing building inspections?
I work for a university and I'm looking to upgrade from using excel sheet for facility inspections.
You can check out PlanGrid, but it's more for CA and punchlisting (and not particularly cheap). https://www.plangrid.com

Newforma and bluebeam are pretty much the industry standard. Bluebeam is cheaper than Newforma but Newforma has a better range of products.
