You should clarify your post a little bit to state that your poll is for this year's applicants :). Otherwise you might get people like me tempted to cause havoc by posting prior acceptance letters.
Go for it, EnvS. Might dispell (or magnify?) the stress those of us awaiting letters are feeling.
What did you do to celebrate when you were accepted? What did you do with the rejection letters?

I wiped my ass with the acceptance letters and blew my nose with the rejection letters, then I sent them to MMatt over at UIC so he could take a look at them, and smell my ass.
