Okay, I have finally removed the photos of myself from the cover. I have a few cover options that can be seen below. there is a link to my portfolio as well.

I would say try to keep it minimal. Too much "noise" in all of these covers. "Less is more". If you definetrly have to choose one of those, the 2nd is the best

Remove the page number ---X--- at the bottom of every page. It's too big and distracting. Keep the font size small for page numbers and place them at opposite corners at the bottom.
I think for the cover third option with letters in the middle works the best – attracts attention better than the other two choices
the brief is to create /design a room of what our future home behaviours would be like..It could be any room in the house,
How would we entertain ourselves/friends in future?
Would there be physical interaction?
Would it be in the living room,kitchen,bedroom or any other part of the house?
