Way too much text and images are 3 times smaller than they should be. No one reads long paragraphs in portfolios and the layout does not suggest a graphic design background.
I am in the same boat as you. Non Arch background. I focused on content and quality of my portfolio. I didn't include much text at all (just a brief description of the project and the info of each piece)
I think you have a lot of quality pieces. Let your work stand for itself. Keep it simple.
Good Luck!

2nd Draft of Portfolio
Thanks in advance for any feedback you may have!
I am applying to 4 M.arch programs in the southeast. I have an undergrad in Business and graphic design.

Simplify, use full bleeds and cut the wordiness.
Not crucial, but there is also no architecture.
If you didn't include the elements of architecture, you should answer the question: Why you want to study architecture?
