Here's a secret, if you're worried about your work after only 15hours, whatever you produce past that point is bound to be bad. Just go home and sleep.

Salad, lots of greens - spinach - what worked for Popeye will work for you - everyone I knew who pulled long hours in the game industry trying to get by on Red Bull + Pizza turned into sluggish blobs due to lack of sleep which piles on the flab
don't eat. when you eat the blood relocates from head to belly and you get tired. your digestive system also stops working as well when you skip sleep. if you do eat, go light, no meats, vegetables and fruits...or just switch to liquids. sleep on your desk.......Leonardo da Vinci took 20 minute naps every 2 hours instead of a full nighta rests. the state between awake and dream is very important for the creative process.....hypnagogia (look it up) your mind is smarter than you think withiut your conscious interjection.
Why would you do that to yourself? When the recession hits they will escort your flaccid, nervous wreck self to the sidewalk with a promise to mail you your family photos.

RE: Experts and Nutritionists, advice needed for pulling long hours.
Nutrition and food help. After passing the 15th hour, stress on spine and body tires work and production. Concentration ability also becomes weak.
Does anyone know what foods and drink could help replenish? Fruits and Vegetables tend to help.
What could help concentration and focus past hour 15.
Input and suggestions are appreciated.
Sleep.
Ritalin may be the cure for this, except I'd restrict the limits of this to nutrition and food.
Otherwise known as the weight I'm still working to lose.
And sleep. Learn time management. It will be your friend.
