Hi, I was wondering if it is alright or if it is feasible to have a kitchen below the vertical wind tunnel? I don't know if it is safe, if not how can I make it safe. I plan to take it as two separate spaces bounded by reinforced concrete. Will it be enough to make it safe, such that the case of kitchen fire? Any views regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I think a wine tunnel would be much more appropriate. Research Julia Childs.
and you seat in the second floor and watch the cooks fly by, then they fall on those lateral ducts and so on....
dude, winnnn tunnel should really be a foyer.
