Post is so good, the points you shared are worth watching while constructing home. If anyone just understand what are needs to be taken care of, then their will be no issues at least in term of architecture. I also want to suggest if you are having plan of building stairs inside the house then you must have to think how much space you are getting after construction., and so build the stairs accordingly. Even I have the same space related issue at my home and so I opt for spiral stairs, which consumes very less space, attractive in looks and so worthy. Yup pretty much all they do. Other needs include, having a complete joke of a drawing set, updating fixtures and not telling anyone about it well into the bidding phase and the need to be hand held through the purchasing process more than an intern drawing their first details in CAD.....

I can understand some basic needs
I can learn some basics need from Interior Designers in Salem for design home interior.
Every one like to design their home interior as very well. So that people would contact interior Designers. Here I am going to derive some basic
needs of interior designs of home.
The things are
1. Understand the purpose of room - Then think how to design
2. Make some Ideas to how to use light settings for that rooms
3. Arrange some furnishing work and Buy furniture comfortable to that rooms.
4. Create some wall art related to that rooms like, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.
