My thesis approach is to provide Tropoje City a building that is in despaired need. A building that ambitions to define the identity of Tropoje City. Tropoje City has a population of 28,500 people and an astonishing landscape featuring Albanian Alps, rivers and a lake which invites over 25,000 tourists a year. Tropoja City is famously identified for its unique Folk Music and Costumes, as well as traditional dance. 
I am proposing an iconic Music & Culture Center with a unique exclusive program; Main Performance Hall, Practice Studios, Hall of Fame, Recording Studio, Gallery Spaces, Art Classrooms, A Public Digital Library, and Commercial Spaces.
