Responsibilities:
• Create/develop preliminary architectural floor plans from rough sketches using REVIT for the client design team, then provide floor plans for construction using assistance and information supplied by Project Architect/Project Manager.  
• Participate in every design and coordination meeting with consultants and engineers. 
• Administer and maintain all incoming project files and drawings as required.  
• Produce sketch diagrams of ducts for transfer floors (12th Fl – 70th Fl) for MEP Engineers and follow up with every email to resolve any issue.
• Communicate and follow up with structural and MEP engineers to solve any issue regarding Shear Wall Elevations and Link Beams (8 total).  
• Resolve issues within the project scope by contacting consultants, mechanical and structural engineers and escalate all others specifically with A-700s - Kitchens & Bathrooms and A-800s - R.C.P. to ensure project objectives are met for each submission.
