Columbus, OH
From Columbus Underground on July 21, 2021:
A new proposal calls for replacing a surface parking lot in a key location Downtown with a 15-story building.
The building, at 100 N. High St., would hold 152 residential units over a multi-level parking garage that appears to have room for well over 350 cars. The building would also feature some commercial space on the first floor and a rooftop pool for residents.
