Greenleaf Manor, by UP Development, features twenty townhome-style affordable apartments in one three-story and two two-story buildings in Glenview, Illinois. The unit mix includes 2, 3 and 4 bedroom family units, all with feature energy-star rated appliances, screen doors, garage parking, and washer / dryers. The buildings are equipped with automatic sprinklers and a Class 1 fire alarm system, and also include a variety of energy saving "green" features and are built to Enterprise Green Communities standards.
The contemporary architecture features abstract Prairie-Style detailing including deep cornices and horizontal banding. Face brick is the primary cladding material on all but the court elevations, with fiber-cement siding and panels used in multiple colors to differentiate units and reinforce the townhouse concept. Recessed entries and bays at select units provide added variety.
