Rowley International provided Above-Grade Aquatic Design and Engineering for this highly recognized new facility in downtown Los Angeles. The Marriott Hotel included a 2,350-Sq. Ft. Recreation and Lap Swimming Rimflow Pool and a 192-Sq. Ft. Spa on the 4th floor rooftop and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel included a 675-Sq. Ft. Recreation Swimming Rimflow Pool and 215-Sq. Ft. Spa and 100-Sq. Ft. Spa on the 26th floor rooftop. Completed in late 2009, this project was awarded LEED Silver and represents the State-of-the-Art in Above-Grade Swimming Pool Design, Engineering and Construction.
