This Houston-based North American Headquarters was looking for a new facility that better reflected their high tech / state of the art persona. After analyzing each potential building, we presented our findings to Logica along with multiple test fit solutions to aid them in their decision making. Encompassing almost half of an L-shaped floor plate, the selected building provides views in three directions and ample amounts of daylighting, a strict requirement of the client. The main goal for this space was to create a light and open office environment where employees could openly interact while maintaining a corporate feel that would appeal to their existing clients. Simultaneously, the space had to reflect Logica’s mission statement: “Brilliant Together”. 

Various shades of grey and white with accents of “Logica yellow” dispersed throughout help to define the different areas of interaction within the space while reinforcing the corporate image. To keep the space as open as possible, a unifying wall was developed that incorporates storage, work surfaces and write surfaces while providing visual interest throughout.
