Tanzanite Mall is an 80.000 m2 GLA mixed-use project. The mall introduces an inviting mix of international and regional brands in the multi-level shopping centre with offices, apartments and an under building parking facility for 2,500 cars. The Tanzanite Mall is the first international standard mall in Tanzania and will be the focus of commercial leisure and entertainment activities in the region.
