This mixed-use master plan is located along the Tanzanian coastline to the north of Dar-es-Salaam and in the heart of the Mikocheni district. The 6.36 Ha site of Tanzanite Park contains 85,000 sqm of program wrapped around a central plaza. The master plan for Tanzanite Park was developed along the principles of Vastu, the Hindu and Buddhist science of architecture and construction.  The program includes, retail showrooms, serviced apartments, apartments, offices, community / conference center, and parking silo all positioned around a central plaza with restaurants and shops.
