For Ironwood Real Estate's downtown offices, Specht Harpman's design team created an open floorplan that takes full advantage of beautiful natural light while providing private spaces for client meetings and inviting, unstuffy conference areas. Putting adaptive reuse into practice, the design also utlizes the concrete flared-capital columns of the original building, enhancing the warm color palette and adding an elegant visual element to the space.
