Focus Features' New York headquarters occupies three floors of a historic Louis Sullivan building in Lower Manhattan. Working closely with the company president and senior management, Specht Harpman created a new structural stair to link the various departments and to foster internal dialogue. Spatial definition and a consistent "smart without trying too hard" aesthetic were achieved throughout the 34,000 sf workspace to meet the needs of the management, editorial, sales and marketing teams.
