McBride implemented a full gut renovation of this loft, which now features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies, and a vast conjoined kitchen/living area that was designed to comfortably accommodate 16 guests for dinner.  It was a high priority of the client to be able to entertain guests in a comfortable but still inspiring environment.  It was paramount that the kitchen be central to the space, and McBride facilitated that aim by creating a state-of-the-art kitchen in the center of the larger free-flowing loft, where guests could easily traverse from conversation to dining without disrupting the flow of either.
